Cleaning
I’m here to testify that a shower head soaked in a solution of citric acid will come clean. All it took was time, hot water and a teaspoon of the main ingredient, which can also be used in canning. Interesting. Household ingredients. I’m adding it to my official house cleaning regimen. Another tool to combat hard water. And now that you have my household tip for the day, I don’t have much else to say.
It’s supposed to be hot today, in the 80s, which seems odd for February, but it is what it is, and I suppose we’ll adapt. Later today, I’m going to play golf with my brother and there’s a sport which could be called into question if you have concerns about land and water use. Desert golf courses look pretty, but one might reasonably ask if keeping them green is a great use for a sparse resource like water. I guess we’ll know soon enough.
The bills always come due on the various things we do whether we like it or not. Sometimes we can avoid them, for instance, we apparently patched the hole in the ozone layer, but other times we simply kick the can down the road and wait for someone else to pick it up. That’s hardly the best approach to problem solving, but its part of the human condition and we just have to deal with it.
